Ok let's start:
I am in contest preparation now for the IFBB Worldchampionchips from the 18th to the 20th of november in Budapest.
The qualification is on the 5th of November in Budapest, so cross all your fingers for me, ok? :)
From today on, you can see my shape will get better from week to week. I will be in the best shape of my life, bigger and better than ever!!! I will train my ass off for the contest of my life.
