My name is Nicole Pfuetzenreuter

And I have just won the Overall German Masters Championships Nov. 5,2005

Now I am qualified to Compete in the World Championships in 2 weeks

11.07.69 is the date of my birth, so by that moment i am 34 years old. or should i say young?! i know that a lot of people have a problem with their age. but my philosophy is "more age -more power".

Most of the top female athletes are between 30 and 40 - and they look so great, powerful and sexy! Take Lenda Murray for example: she was great in her first olympia wins but now after returning to the show again after much more years of training she looks awesome! in the meantime the quality of her muscles has become a level that is near unreal. if someone would tell me that she would be from another universe i would believe it.

So back from the scientific proven fact that bodybuilding turns back your biological age to my story. After finishing Abitur at the gymnasium, I decided to become a nurse in a hospital. For that idea  I was inspired by my mother(which I love the most)and who was a nurse in hospital by that time too. By the way, I' ve got my great genetics from her, she has for example as big calves as i have - without training!

She hated her muscles, she always wanted to look extremly thin like all the neurotic models which look as if they would come directly from a concentration camp. In the beginning I loved the job in the hospital, but at the end I hated it so much, that I thought if I would do it any longer I would become crazy for sure. Thank God that I found in the meantime my biggest love and fulfillment of all : "BODYBUILDING" so that I could turn in the last years one of my dreams into reality - living from the sport by working as a personal trainer in a big gym.
